菲律宾商标申请后如有驳回有什么救济措施？
如为临时驳回（Office Action），申请人需要根据审查员的意见对OA进行答复，期限为2个月；如果最终驳回（Rejection Notice），申请人可以在2个月内向法律事务局（Bureau of Legal Affairs“商评委”)申请复审。
